The Federal Review Panel for the Roberts Bank Terminal 2 (RBT2) project gave its report to the Minister of Environment and Climate Change.
The report concluded the RBT2 Project would result in numerous significant adverse residual and cumulative effects.
We aren’t the only ones to see a problem with the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority’ flawed project.
Now the Minister and his Cabinet colleagues have to decide.
